8 week progress


8 weeks of hard workouts :) and I like it very much :) I think now that I get my 6pack for summer, which was my first motivation to start this journey :) At first I think that it is impossible to get, but not any more :)

Time to eat healthy food.
Better look, better feeling, more energy, more power, more protein.

My new training equipment :)


After a quite big break I started training again. It is a quite relaxing after long workdays and exercises is possible to do at home too, if it is not time to go to gym :)

Never is too late to start healthy lifestyle :)
